    The Pink Fox site warranty and return conditions have been prepared on the basis of legal processes. Our site pays utmost attention in order not to victimize customers in warranty and return processes.         Return and Withdrawal

 

For each product on the Pink Fox site, the right of withdrawal of users without giving any reason is legally determined as 15 days. Our site has also accepted this period in its return conditions. If there is no problem with the product, only the period of withdrawal from receiving the product covers 15 days. Within 15 days, return procedures can be initiated by contacting the site. However, the site expects the product to be returned to be sent undamaged and with the label on. For this reason, in order to avoid mutual victimization, it is recommended that especially textile products be tried without removing the label in the first place. When you are sure of the product, the label can be removed and started to be used.


    If an error or problem occurs in Pink Fox products, the return period doubles to 30 days. In other words, defective products are accepted back by our site within a period of 1 month. What needs to be done for this will be to contact the contact addresses of the site and ship the product back. The product for which the return process has been initiated is expected by us with the invoice, in the original box (if it is a boxed product), including all additional accessories sent. In addition, in order for the return process to start, the return form sent with the invoice or on the back of the invoice must be filled in.     In order for the return to be completed by our site, all fields in the return form must be filled in completely. The return form is on the back of the invoice. If this form is not filled in completely, signed or if the product is sent without an invoice, the return transactions are not realized. In this process, shipping costs are borne by the customer. For this reason, we recommend our customers to fill out the form carefully.
    If the product purchased from the site and desired to be returned is among the products defined as technological, documents such as warranty certificate and user manual must be sent in full. It should be sent back with the original box. When the product is sent complete, the defect should be clearly expressed. If no defect is found in the product, it may not be returned in the process following the first 15 days. For this reason, it will be good for both parties to be sure of the product correctly by reading the user manuals of technological products.

 

 

Before the products are returned, in case of damage such as broken, dents that may occur during delivery from the cargo, the buyer must not receive the product or take a report and take a photo. If the product is received, it will be accepted as intact. If the product is to be returned or the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used. The product must be carefully protected until the delivery process.


    If the value of the product decreases as a result of an activity carried out by the buyer, if the product is damaged, return transactions will not be realized. Returns are not made in cases of user error. The Pink Fox site is responsible for the changes and deterioration that may occur if the product is used correctly. The product must be used properly.     Return transactions to be carried out through the Pink Fox website are based on legal periods as stated above.
